OMAHA, Neb. – While the current farm economy has many agriculture companies pulling back on investments, CLAAS is taking the opposite approach when it comes to its dealer network. Nowhere is that more evident than in the central and midwestern US, where CLAAS is growing their sales channels with an increasing number of full-line dealers, coupled with strategically located service and parts providers.
As the CLAAS product line has expanded over the years, the global manufacturer has prioritized dealers who support the full line of CLAAS equipment, including combines, foragers, tractors, balers, and hay tools. Their latest moves include the addition of company-owned stores, the expansion of product lines at existing CLAAS dealerships, and the recruitment of established service providers.
After opening a full-line CLAAS FARMPOINT location in Le Mars, Iowa last year, the company quickly added two temporary locations in Barnum, Iowa and Buffalo, North Dakota, with permanent locations planned for Fort Dodge, Iowa and Jamestown, North Dakota.
A third CLAAS FARMPOINT location is currently in the works for Devil’s Lake, North Dakota, with an opening scheduled in advance of the fall harvest. The two CLAAS FARMPOINT stores in North Dakota will provide sales and service for the full line of CLAAS equipment, working alongside Butler Machinery until their parts and service contract expires at the end of 2026. Additional sales solutions in the Dakotas are currently in the works, with more stores expected to open next year.
The new CLAAS FARMPOINT stores in western and central Iowa will complement Altorfer Ag in the southeastern part of the state, along with two recently added new CLAAS dealers: Swartzrock Implement in Charles City, Iowa and Porter’s Ag Solutions in Earlham, Iowa.
In Minnesota, CLAAS went with veteran dealer Arnold’s Inc. for expanded coverage. Arnold’s, a long-time tractor and forager dealer for CLAAS has added combine parts to their offering out of their Eyota, Alden, and Willmar stores.
In Wisconsin, CLAAS tapped two more established dealers. Ritchies Implement in Cobb, Wisconsin and Lindstrom Equipment with a new location in Watertown. The dealers in both locations have added CLAAS combines to their product offering.
ReadyDig, an independent dealer headquartered in Hudson, Colorado has just added CLAAS to its list of equipment brands. The growing dealer is now also operating out of former Taylor Implement locations in Yuma and Greeley, Colorado, making a total of three CLAAS stores.
In the state of Missouri, Yield Technology Service in Carrollton, Missouri, will service CLAAS combine owners as well this fall, with a full parts and service outlet.

Geographic growth is not the only proof of the CLAAS commitment to its dealer network. CLAAS received high marks in the 2025 survey of dealers from the North America Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA). According to the survey, CLAAS is ranked first in overall satisfaction among U.S. full-line equipment manufacturers and received the highest marks in the U.S. in 10 of the 12 categories.
“The results of the NAEDA survey are telling,” said Raby. “We have invested heavily in training and supporting our dealer network. With the expansion of our dealer footprint this past quarter, we are delivering on our commitment to give more farmers the opportunity to own and operate the best, most advanced machinery available.
