Dena Mozie’s journey in the insurance industry began in 2007 when she took a leap into the unknown, starting as an independent agent. Little did she know then, that this one step would lead her to a fulfilling career as a Compliance Advisor today.
During her early years, Dena handled auto and home policies and took on underwriting responsibilities for farm policies, including complex aspects like grain bins and equipment. Her expertise continued to grow as she transitioned to the Farm Credit sector, initially as a Crop Insurance Sales and Service Specialist. This experience paved the way for her to delve into Crop Insurance Underwriting at Crop Risk Services, eventually culminating in her role as a Compliance Advisor at Precision Risk Management.
Dena’s compliance journey has been rich and varied. She even served as the Director of Compliance for one of the largest livestock brokers in Chicago. With Property & Casualty licenses in both Illinois and Missouri, as well as her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) 500 certification, Dena brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dena is a devoted wife of 26 years and a loving mother to two daughters. During their free time, the family enjoys summer weekends together on their boat.
