It is with both extreme joy and a touch of sadness that PRM announces the retirement of Art Duvall as our Director of Claims, effective June 1st. His dedication and leadership have not only shaped our Claims department but has also left a tremendous influence on PRM’s culture of teamwork and compassion. Art’s career began early, becoming licensed to work for non-family members driving tractors at the age of just 14 in 1971. He has truly earned his retirement!

But with the retirement of a great team member, we have the great privilege to also announce Gary Knaack will be stepping into the role of Director of Claims. Gary has been a shining example of the Team Support we value at PRM, demonstrating a commitment to supporting our customers and fellow PRM team members. PRM customers are in great hands.

What this means for PRM customers:

PRM customers will not see any changes to their servicing of their policy. This transition will allow for the continued excellence of the Claims Department at PRM. If you are a large fan of Art, don’t worry, as you may see him on your farm. Art will continue to serve customers as an Adjuster.
