AIP Policy Transfer Procedure
Policy Transfer Requests may be emailed to [email protected]. Please include all necessary documentation required for transfer request including, but not limited to:
Completed and signed application.
Agent signature and date.
Insured/Authorized Representative signature and date.
If application is signed by a Power of Attorney, we must receive a copy of the form.
Full TIN of primary insured/entity.
AIP Signature.
Please note that a transfer of policy does not change the requirement that an insured must report their current crop yearโs crop production by the insuredโs Production Reporting Date to Precision Risk Management (2024 GSH 846(A).
Alternate Policy Transfer Procedure
AIPs can upload a zipped folder including all documentation directly through this contact form.
The policy transfer will be sent directly the the PRM Underwriting Department.
