AIP Policy Transfer Procedure

Policy Transfer Requests may be emailed to [email protected]. Please include all necessary documentation required for transfer request including, but not limited to:

Completed and signed application.

Agent signature and date.

Insured/Authorized Representative signature and date.

If application is signed by a Power of Attorney, we must receive a copy of the form.

Full TIN of primary insured/entity.

AIP Signature.

Please note that a transfer of policy does not change the requirement that an insured must report their current crop yearโ€™s crop production by the insuredโ€™s Production Reporting Date to Precision Risk Management (2024 GSH 846(A).

Alternate Policy Transfer Procedure

AIPs can upload a zipped folder including all documentation directly through this contact form.
The policy transfer will be sent directly the the PRM Underwriting Department.
